Studio Be Wed’s Ceremony Packages

For couples only wanting to officiate their marriage with a legals only ceremony (Registry style wedding involving the minim legal requirements to make a marriage official). This ceremony requires your two witnesses over the age of 18, yourselves & your marriage celebrant & can be done anywhere of your choosing (your local cafe, park or even at home). Legals only ceremonies are available Monday-Friday before 8am, or after 5pm. Saturdays & Sundays before 12pm or Sundays before 12pm andafter 5pm. 

Looking for someone to kick off your reception with a bang, they're super organised & they've already met all your guests? Hire me to take your wedding through to the reception, take care of the runnings of speeches through to first dance. I'll bring my own PA equipment including microphone for your use during speeches. Minimum 4 hour booking at $100 per hour. 

Keep me on post-ceremony to keep the music flowing through cocktail hour, assist with any last minute tasks that need doing, ensuring your family photo's are done efficiently, you both have a drink & something to eat & everything is in it's place. 

Need someone to ensure everything is running smoothly, according to schedule, who can take care of the hiccups, liaise with all your vendors in the lead up to your wedding & on the day?

Designed for those who want a bespoke commitment ceremony without having an official marriage ceremony (this is a ceremony only, not a legal wedding). This package includes a bespoke ceremony script, optional cultural traditions or rituals, support & guidance via phone, email, FaceTime, professional Bose wireless PA system, arrival by celebrant of at least 20 mins to welcome guests, commitment ceremony certificate. Committment ceremonies can be booked Monday - Friday after 5pm, 

Designed for those who want a bespoke vow renewal ceremony with the nostalgia from their original wedding ceremony. Package includes a bespoke script, correspondence and guidance, arrival by celebrant of at least 20 mins, professional Bose wireless PA system, optional signing table and chairs and certificate of vows. Vow renewals can be booked Monday-Friday after 5pm, Saturdays & Sundays prior to 12pm or after 5.30pm. 

A special bespoke ceremony to celebrate the naming of your little one. This package includes a bespoke naming ceremony script, optional cultural traditions, rituals or readings, arrival by celebrant of at least 20 mins, professional Bose wireless PA system, certificate of naming provided. Naming ceremonies can be booked Mon-Fri after 5pm, Saturdays & Sundays prior to 12pm or after 5pm.

For couples wanting a rehearsal prior to their ceremony, a fee of $150 will be charged (please note travel fee’s of $0.72c per km also apply if outside 50km radius from Gosford).
