The Process

So you've done a little internet stalk, you've found out who we are, what we do, how we do it & that you are in the BEST hands!

You email to book in, we send you an invoice to pay the booking fee of 20% which comes off the cost of your ceremony, we also email you our service agreement which you pop your signature on (digitally folks) & send right back over to us.  You then send us copies of your ID, which we will need when we meet in person, either before your wedding or before the ceremony. 

With all that detail/jazz, we get your Notice of Intended Marriage paperwork completed, which we have signed either on our first zoom call or face-to-face meet at a local of choice. Then we chat all things YOUR WEDDING & get the 4-11 on how the day will go. 

You get sent a bunch of questions to complete & send back to me (after a couple of drinks is always better!) then I get to work on making the magic that is your ceremony. Remember, the more detail the better! At the same time you get to work on your vows, i'll share with you my vow writing kit & i'll be on stand-by for any support you need. 

We arrange to chat, the week of or 2 weeks before your big day. You know, to make sure we have all the important stuff like, the music, your ceremony is looking BEAUT, your VOWS are done & you know what's happening on the day!

We get the Declaration of no legal impediment signed if we haven't done so before your big day, and then we get you MARRIED! I turn up with all the good stuff, and well before time! 

Afterwards, I leave you with a pretty certificate, a memorable ceremony & you get a new pal in me for life, then you get your official one a few weeks later & you leave me an exceptional Google or Facebook review!
